Je me forme \u00e9galement au Yoga nidra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9couverte de ces savoirs, pour la plupart ancestraux, participe \u00e0 une qu\u00eate personnelle, \u00e0 une vie plus harmonieuse et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui je suis sophrologue certifi\u00e9e RNCP, et j&rsquo;ai \u00e0 c\u0153ur de vous accompagner sur le chemin du bien \u00eatre afin de retrouver l&rsquo;harmonie du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la <strong>sophrologie<\/strong> je souhaite <strong>transmettre<\/strong>, <strong>servir d\u2019interm\u00e9diaire<\/strong> pour que chacun ait la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9veiller \u00e0 un autre regard sur soi et ainsi <strong>d\u00e9couvrir sa richesse int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sophrologie est une technique d&rsquo;aide qui permet \u00e0 la personne de se connecter \u00e0 ses ressources int\u00e9rieures et d\u2019activer des potentiels pour reprendre sa puissance en toute  autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Pourquoi la sophrologie ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le praticien transmet une m\u00e9thode qui permet d&rsquo;aider toute personne \u00e0 devenir autonome dans la gestion de ses difficult\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cet accompagnement s&rsquo;effectue avec la prise de conscience qu&rsquo;il est possible de sortir des sch\u00e9mas n\u00e9gatifs et retrouver un mieux-\u00eatre.                                  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les bienfaits de la sophrologie&nbsp;? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sophrologie permet de restaurer l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre le corps et l&rsquo;esprit, rel\u00e2cher les tensions, g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;\u00e9motions, de stress, retrouver confiance en soi et ainsi s&rsquo;acheminer vers l&rsquo;harmonie .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Une magnifique aventure&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candice Brunet, sophrologue \u00e0 Grenoble .
